This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your Personal Information, or information that identifies, relates, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. MOBAUTO recognizes that your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to the products and services offered and controlled directly by MOBAUTO, LLC and covers how MOBAUTO treats personal information collected and received, including information related to your use of the MOBAUTO service. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that MOBAUTO does not own or control or to people that MOBAUTO does not employ or manage.

 

Personal information is information about you that may not be otherwise publicly available including, but not limited to, your name, address, city of residence, state of residence, email address, and mobile phone number and/or any information tied to your Google and/or Facebook login. MOBAUTO may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on our site.

HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION + OPT-OUT INFORMATION
 

Business customers of MOBAUTO leverage use of the MOBAUTO marketing platform to help generate consumer text/QR engagement and  lead generation for their businesses. Ways that consumers may engage with the MOBAUTO platform: 1. Consumer texts a keyword or ID (specific to the business) to the assigned MOBAUTO phone number based on an advertised call to action. 2. Consumer enters their mobile number into a MOBAUTO website APP, website form or other digital advertisement (specific to the business customer) based on an advertised call to action. 3. Consumer scans QR code. All MOBAUTO engagements are entirely consumer-initiated and customer specific.

 

With each customer engagement, MOBAUTO may forward the collected consumer information to the specific business partner for processing and follow-up. By participating in the mobile programs supported by MOBAUTO, consumers give MOBAUTO consent to collect their information and share it with the specific business customer.
 

Because MOBAUTO offers some finance-based products and services with affiliate partners, it is important for us to disclose that financial and marketing companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information.

All companies with finance-based products or services need to share personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share personal information; the reasons MOBAUTO chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

We may share your info to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus. You cannot limit this sharing.


We may share your data for joint marketing with other financial companies. You cannot limit this sharing.

We may share your data about your transactions and experiences with our affiliate partners. You cannot limit this sharing.

 

We do not sell, share or rent consumer information in any way to third party service providers, advertising and promotional agencies and companies.   MOBAUTO does, however, provide its business customers with contact data collected – which may – in-turn – result in a courtesy follow-up from the partner company. MOBAUTO may also provide log files and other data of user information to third parties for analysis to get a better understanding of general behavior for the sole purpose of improving our service and content offerings.

MOBAUTO may facilitate future text re-marketing campaigns on behalf of business customers. Consumers may OPT-OUT from receiving any correspondence from MOBAUTO, or participating business customers, by replying STOP to any message received.

 

MOBAUTO implements a very high level of security to protect all mobile user information captured by mobile program participants whether the data is being stored or processed.
