Personal information is information about you that may not be otherwise publicly available including, but not limited to, your name, address, city of residence, state of residence, email address, and mobile phone number and/or any information tied to your Google and/or Facebook login. MOBAUTO may update this policy from time to time.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The MOBAUTO platform is designed to collect limited information from consumers on behalf of business customers. Based on the way a consumer interacts with MOBAUTO, the information we collect is limited to name and mobile phone number only. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, health information, government IDs or precise geolocation data. Business customers of MOBAUTO leverage use of the MOBAUTO marketing platform to help generate consumer engagement and lead generation for their businesses.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
 

Ways that consumers may engage with the MOBAUTO platform: 1. Consumer texts a keyword or ID (specific to the business) to an assigned MOBAUTO phone number based on an advertised call-to-action. 2. Consumer enters their name and mobile number into a MOBAUTO website APP, website form or other digital advertisement (specific to the business customer) based on an advertised call-to-action. 3. Consumer scans a QR code. All MOBAUTO engagements are entirely consumer-initiated and connected to a specific business customer.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

We use the personal information collected for business and operational purposes related to consumer inquiries and lead generation only. With each customer engagement, MOBAUTO will forward the collected consumer information to the specific business partner for processing and follow-up. By participating in the mobile programs supported by MOBAUTO, consumers give MOBAUTO consent to collect their information and share it with the specific business customer. Any PI collected will not be used by MOBAUTO for consumer targeting, re-marketing or tracking. All information collected will be stored securely on our servers and shared with the specific business partner. You cannot limit this sharing. If you would not like your information to be shared with the business partner, your only option is to not engage through the MOBAUTO platform.
 

We do not sell, share or rent consumer PI in any way to third party service providers, advertising and promotional agencies and companies. MOBAUTO does, however, provide its business customers with the contact data collected – which may – in-turn – result in a courtesy follow-up from the partner company.

MOBAUTO implements a very high level of security to protect all PI captured and shared with business customers.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We use every effort to ensure administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. With that, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

CONSUMER PRIVACY RIGHTS

You have privacy rights. These rights may include: 1. Request access to personal information we maintain. 2. Request correction of inaccurate personal information. 3. Request deletion of personal information. 4. Request a copy of personal information. 5. Opt-out of certain uses or disclosures of personal information where applicable. At MOBAUTO, we collect and store name and mobile number only. No further PI is collected.

OPT-OUT

MOBAUTO does not facilitate push text or marketing campaigns on behalf of business customers. All engagements are consumer-initiated and result in a single text auto-response only. No further texts are sent from our service unless the consumer engages again. Consumers may OPT-OUT from receiving any correspondence from the participating MOBAUTO business customer by replying STOP to any message received.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE

In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: name and mobile telephone number. We collect this information directly from consumers and provide to our business customers as a lead for follow-up. We use this information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms of Service, including responding to consumer inquiries, delivering leads to our business customers, operating our platform, maintaining security and complying with legal obligations.

We DO NOT sell or rent personal information. We DO NOT share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may have the right to request access, deletion, correction and information about our collection and disclosure practices subject to applicable exceptions.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are intended for business lead generation and or not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from Children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

COOKIES AND WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES

Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools or similar technologies to operate the website, understand usage, improve performance and maintain security. We do not use consumer lead information for re-targeting or behavioral advertising.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our services are used by business customers to assist in consumer engagement and lead generation. Once consumer information is provided to a business customer, that business customer's own privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of our business customers. Consumers should review the privacy policy of the business they are contacting for more information about how that business may use their information.
